About our fixed bid process
For a majority of Landscape Projects, we will do a site visit to get an understanding of your landscape needs. From there, we will provide you with a Fixed Bid to complete the scope of work. We will then review the bid with you and make any required adjustments. Once bid is approved, a start date will be scheduled for work to begin.
Time and Materials
For some customers and/or projects, time and materials makes more sense. We will provide a set of rates and communicate along the way. You will find our crews are experienced and work to get your job done quickly to meet your needs.
Annual and Multi-Year Contracts
For our maintenance customers, we offer a very thorough contract that outlines the services offered and set the contract up with monthly payments to meet the needs of your community. We will even offer multi-year contracts that will allow you to better manage your budget.
